Very good homemade recipe. I usually like the mixes better than homemade, but this was good. Could be more chocolaty for my liking, may try adding some chocolate chips to the batter next time. I put some Heath toffee bits on top after it baked for about 10-15 minutes since my husband doesn't like plain brownies. Thanks!

Very good, fast and easy. I used the 1T lemon juice in skim milk as a substitute for buttermilk and 1t of cinnamon, otherwise followed the recipe exactly. I used a regular waffle iron. We all loved it! Thanks for the great recipe! Will make again for sure.
