Big hit for Christmas family gathering! Not one single meatball left. I only tweaked the recipe a little bit. I added a little bit of brown sugar, a couple of dashes of onion powder, and a little more ketchup and garlic powder than recipe calls for. Just basically add things to your preference. I also simmered mine for 30 minutes then added thawed meatballs and simmered another 30 minutes. Sauce is better if it's allowed to simmer a while IMO. Great recipe. Will definitely make again.

Mom's Best Meatloaf

Pistachio Fluff Fruit Salad

wonderful and easy! I made this last week for the Christmas holidays and my family loved it. My mother couldn't say enough about it. Usually I would make my Pink Salad for the holidays but this year wanted something different. This is definitely a keeper. I may add a few chopped walnuts next time.

Sausage Casserole

delicious! and just as delicious re-heated. My husband ate almost half of it the day I made it. Very easy and the only thing I added was a dash of dry mustard.
