Streusel Topped Blueberry Muffins
Just made thise muffins early this morning and thought they were great! I never use butter or oil, only applesauce but didn't have any so the fat in them isnt good for me, but, I used egg whites and non-fat, non-dairy milk. I was only able to make 6 for some reason. The next time I am making them in a cake pan, they tasted more like blueberry cake instead of muffins. And of course next time I will use applesauce in place of butter. Actually looking forward to having them again!!
