Cinnamon Popcorn II

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2006
I thought this was pretty good. I followed exactly. The paper bag method doesnt really work well at all. I ended up dumping mine in a large roasting pan and stirring it. Then I baked it in the oven for 30 minutes too. Came out just a tad chewey, so next time I will cook the candy mixture a couple minutes longer. Thanks for posting. I will definatly make this one again!

Carmel Pretzel Nut Popcorn

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2006
This was sooo good. I scaled the recipe down to 12 servings and it still made a ton! I boiled the sugar mixture for 8 minutes to make sure the candy hardened really well. It turned out great. The only thing I will do differently next time is stir the mixture with a wooden spoon because my plastic spoon melted right into the mixture and I had to start over.

I thought the punch tasted good, but I didnt like the color. It was more brown and my guests kept passing it up.

Marshmallow Popcorn Balls

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2006
I think these are pretty good. They are definatly easy to make. They were more chewey than I expected. But still good. I made 20 smaller balls with this recipe. I also added 2 tsp brown sugar to give it some color, and orange and black sprinkles to make them cute for halloween. I will definatly make these again.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2006
These were really good. My husband and I cant stop gorging ourselves on them. I did add a dash of cinnamon to the batter. And I used extra large muffin cups and adjusted the bake time accordingly. They were fabulous. I might withold the crumb topping next time as I tought it made them alittle too sweet. But otherwise, this will become a recipe I use over and over again! Thanks.

Quiche

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2006
This was good. Very light and fluffy. I made it vegetarian by adding a 1/2 cup of sauteed onions and mushrooms instead of the diced ham. Also, I used 1/2 c milk and 1/2 c half and half. It was a great texture and taste, I just think it needed to be cooked alittle longer.

Wonderful!!! This is a great recipe and so easy!!! I used whole milk in place of the light cream and it still turned out very creamy and rich. A great texture! I also used toasted sliced almonds instead of pecans and it was truely wonderful. Thanks for sharing this!

Slow Cooker Taco Soup

Reviewed: May 23, 2006
This was good. The only thing I changed was that I used a diced steak instead of ground beef. I also didnt add the tomato sauce. It turned out very very good and not to thick. Then when we put sourcream, tortilla chips, and cheese in it, it became a thick chili consistancy. Very good. And my husband loved it too!

This was great. I made a few changes. I added 1 T balsamic vinegarette. Also, I served the mixture cold, in a bowl. I served toasted baguette rubbed with garlic on the side...so the bread didnt get soggy.

This was so easy and tasted so good! Wonderful flavor. The only changes I made was that I used jarred minced garlic and about 1/2 as much onions and feta. The tomato sauce is wonderful. I also had it served over eggplant parmesan....Wonderful. I will be using it again and again. Thank you.

Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries

These are awesome! Ive always wanted to make these cakes for company but they always seemed so complicated. This recipe was super easy. I followed it exactly, except that I used small muffin cups. Also, I used the kind of Pam with flour in it and the cakes came right out of the paper cups. I will definatly be making these again and again!
