Pork Chops with Jalapeno Jelly
The point in adding a glaze or a sauce is to add flavor. This recipe didn't accomplish this.

Basic Ham and Bean Soup
This recipe is great and easy. One simple suggestion: do not add salt until the beans have cooked for an hour or more. Salt keeps the bean tough.
