Butternut Squash and Spicy Sausage Soup
I have made this twice and each time it's deeeeeelicious!! I have no idea what size or the quantity of squash to use so i've just added more or less water/broth. I love how thick and hearty it is. Great wintery meal with so many great ingredients. i recommend it all the time!
