Mom's Zucchini Bread
I make this recipe into muffins and my kids eat them happily every morning for breakfast. Anything that makes my mornings go more smoothly makes me happy! And they taste wonderful too.

Apple Cake V
This cake was a huge hit with my friends. I did try and add more apple than it called for and made the cake very crumbly. Stick with the amount it calls for and cut them in nice small pieces.

Cookies 'n' Creme Fudge
Very easy and tasted fab. Sinfully rich though, but what can you expect. Make it when you can give a lot away - like at Christmas.
