Baked Flan
Turned out great despite all the warnings. The sugar had a very slight burnt taste, so be sure to stop cooking it as soon as it's all melted. I made the sugar last so that it wouldn't cool and be difficult to coat the dish. I did cook the flan about 70 minutes until a knife came out clean from the middle. Refrigerating it does help firm it up if you're worried about it not being done. Flip it out onto a serving dish before the sugar cools and hardens to the baking dish. I added berries to give it more color and flavor, making a sauce by simply smashing the berries with some sugar.

Crunchy Peanut Butter Balls
Awesome easy and quick recipe that makes you look like a pro. No cooking required, except heating up the chocolate. I made some with milk chocolate and some with white chocolate. To coat each ball, I just plopped them one by one into the melted chocolate and got them out with a spoon. It takes a few times to get the right amount of chocolate on each one upon taking them out. I placed them onto wax paper to reduce sticking. After letting them harden a bit in the freezer, I made designs on each ball by squeezing out the opposite flavor of chocolate from a plastic bag with a corner cut out.
