Garlic, Spinach, and Chickpea Soup
I thought this was delicious! Used a 10 oz. package of frozen spinach, one percent milk instead of the cream, and corn starch of course. And it was still very tasty.

California Avocado Salsa
Delicious!! I didn't have any sweet peppers so I just skipped them, and it was fine. I was also loose with the amounts...it's a forgiving recipe.

Grilled Asian Ginger Pork Chops
I thought this was delish. I added some honey for glazing and extra garlic. The chops tasted great and I usually find them pretty boring.
