Butternut, Apple and Yogurt Soup
This is a perfectly delicious fall soup! I made it with fat-free yogurt and it was absolutely wonderful. Healthy, nutritious and yummy, I will be making this again and again!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
Outstanding recipe! I made life easier on myself and used pumpkin pie filling instead of pumpkin puree and the spices. I did double the vanilla and added extra cinnamon on top and in the mixture. When layering, I put 1 and 1/2 cups of the cheesecake mixture on the bottom to make the bottom layer a bit thicker, and then placed it in the freezer for five minutes before adding the top pumpkin layer. Delicious and easy, will definitely make again!
