Creamy Vegan Corn Chowder
This is a wonderful recipe very flavorful I added roasted sweet potatoes it was wonderful

Sweet and Sour Chicken I
Wonderful, My friends can't stop singing the praises of this recipe. I fried chicken leg and then used the recipe for the glaze on top. This is a keeper.

Sweet Potato Pound Cake
Loved the cake I cooked it for 1 hour and 10 min in my oven. I added more cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg to suit my taste. I also added a little ginger and a cap full of lemon extract. I omitted the glaze it really didn't need it.
