Alfredo Sauce

I found this bland, as others have mentioned. While it may taste like Olive Garden's sauce, I find OG's sauce bland as well. Should have stuck to my own recipe or found one with more flavor. Sorry. Mixed well with the Marsala sauce I made for the meat, though. I will give it that.

Honey-Mustard Baked Chicken

I have prepared this recipe several times. I like it. I used boneless-skinless chicken breasts. I like it extra saucy to add flavor to the rice (I serve it with jasmine rice). My kids even like it and that is saying something.

Chicken Mexicala

Yummy! I added a can of green enchilada sauce to add to the flavor and stretch the sauce. Yummy! I also put a layer of cheese in the middle, as I like really cheesey foods.
