Fresh Apple Cake II
We really loved this. We used probably too many apples. Also the pan we used was 8.5 x 11 pyrex. We wrapped wet dishtowels around the perimeter of the baking dish while it baked, to avoid uneven baking (so the edges won't overcook). Next time I will use exact amount of apples. Granny Smiths, tasted delicious. Oh,, I also added about a teaspoon of allspice.

Best Lemonade Ever
I love this recipe. It is easy, and I can adjust it to taste without any difficulty. My children help to make it. Thanks!

Tilapia with Tomatoes, Black Olives and Corn
I really enjoyed making this. My 3 year old loved it, too. I didn't have corn, so I used spinach (frozen). I didn't have a fresh tomato, I used crushed canned, which made the sauce a lot runnier, but it was still very delicious. Thank you for sharing this recipe with us!
