Momma's Mmm-Mmm-Magnificent Meatloaf
I read a review stating the mushroom and onions were raw after the meatloaf was cooked. Make sure to cut them small so they will cook with the meat. Mushrooms should be cut in half then sliced thinly and the onions cut into approximately quarter inch squares.... Just wanted to help...we have never had our mushrooms and onions turn out raw in this recipe!

Buckeye Cookies III
These are WONDERFUL! More of a candy than a cookie though. I'm going to make these mini marshmallow sized at Christmas for my boys and call them "Reindeer Droppings!"

Rogan Josh, Lamb Shanks
This is an awsome recipe. My 9 year old even loved it. Tasted a lot like beef stew. No "gamey" lamb flavor to it. I used fresh red new potatoes and baby carrots. I also substituted the whole cardamom with 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom since I had none whole. Excellent use of lamb shanks if you don't know what to do with them!!! Thanks!
