Cream of Broccoli Soup I
We really enjoyed this soup. I used a bit of fat free half & half & the rest skim milk. I used chicken broth instead of water/bullion and pureed the entire mixture. I used double the cheese & it turned out great. A keeper.

Chicken Pot Pie IX
This was really good. I loved the flavor of the filling. I cooked the chicken in olive oil & it turned out nice & tender. I also sauteed mushrooms, button & shitake, onions, garlic, carrots & celery before adding to the filling. I added frozen (thawed) corn & peas at the end so they wouldn't get mushy. It was really great & my husband & picky daughter both loved it too. A keeper!

Asparagus with Parmesan Crust
I really loved this dish. I cooked it at 350 for about 12-15 minutes & it turned out really great. I will definitely be using this recipe again.
