These went over great at my nephew's h.s. graduation party. It was like a shark week feeding frenzy when I put them out. I found it easier to roll by hand (small/medium meatball size) and then press them slightly flat on the cookie sheet. This is also great to make ice cream sandwiches with. it was o.k. but it was missing something. The sauce had a weird taste to it. Maybe if I add some sugar. I'll have to play with the recipe. Thank you though for submitting it. =)

AWESOME!!! Made this for the holidays. I used a grahm cracker pie shell instead. And only pumpkin pie spice. My step-son LOVES IT
