Banana Crumb Muffins
When we decided to make these, I was skeptical. I love banana bread, and I said, "Why risk making something LIKE banana bread, when I know I could just make banana bread and KNOW I'll enjoy it?" Well, like with all things in life, you don't get rewarded without risk. And this one really paid off. These muffins are like having tiny, moist, scrumptious, individual-serving banana breads - But what really blew me away was the crumb top. It's what pushed these muffins over the top and made me a lover of this recipe. Now, I'll have to think: Do I want to make banana bread, when I could have these muffins, instead?! Great job on this one!

Fresh Tomato Pie
WOW! Just...WOW! I cannot believe how great this recipe is. A big plus: It re-heats really well with a quick ZAP in the microwave. So Good! You, there! The one looking for a quick, healthy, great-tasting meal to make tonight: What are you waiting for?! Make this!

Easy Shake and Bake Chicken
We didn't use the butter (instead, just coated the glass pan with PAM) and it tasted just lovely! AND, it works on pork cutlets, too! Yum!
