Banana Crumb Muffins
When we decided to make these, I was skeptical. I love banana bread, and I said, "Why risk making something LIKE banana bread, when I know I could just make banana bread and KNOW I'll enjoy it?"
Well, like with all things in life, you don't get rewarded without risk. And this one really paid off.
These muffins are like having tiny, moist, scrumptious, individual-serving banana breads - But what really blew me away was the crumb top. It's what pushed these muffins over the top and made me a lover of this recipe. Now, I'll have to think: Do I want to make banana bread, when I could have these muffins, instead?!
