Waikiki Meatballs
I needed a meatball recipe that didn't call for breadcrumbs and this was perfect. I chopped up some fresh ginger because that was all I had, and I think it gave it a nice flavor. Didn't make the sauce because it was just a side dish and I didn't have all those ingredients. I only had ground buffalo rather than beef, but I think it was a nice complementary flavor. I'll definitely try the whole recipe again. Boyfriend adds: "yummy"

Never Fail Biscuits
Best biscuits ever! Really. Although I think I might have doubled the butter, the dough wasn't looking like oatmeal, and I just kept adding more and more butter and lost track. But that just made them really, really good.

Drop Butter Cookies
These were very, very good. And so easy to make! I ended up with about a dozen average sized cookies, but they'd make about three dozen cookies a bit bigger than a silver dollar like the butter cookies that come in a tin. They're good plain, or with a dollop of jam, or covered in sugar. Soft and yummy. Would reccomend to anyone.
