Wow - this was great! I added some hot sausage to the mixture. I also tried the ziploc method for stuffing... it took some getting used to but worked wonderfully in the end. I did not boil or soak the pasta first and to my surprise - it turned out fantastic - the cooking time was just increased by about 15 mins. Like another person suggested, I tried the marinara sauce II recipe. I was told that it was the best italian dish ever! If I could give it more stars I would!!

Very good dish. I, too, added extra seasoning. I sauteed the onions and garlic while I browned the chops. I followed others and sliced the potatoes thin - in retrospect I wish I had sliced them thicker. My pork was a bit dry - so I will probably immerse it into the mix next time. Overall... we were very satisfied!
