Rick's Special Buttercream Frosting
YUM!! I made eight dozen cupcakes for an opening night party for a theatre production I worked on! I made half a it yellow and the other half black. (We did The Who's Tommy) Note: If you're making black frosting with gel coloring, it will become bitter. I added two boxes of cream cheese, and it got rid of the bitter taste!

Guinness(R) Bread
This was a good bread, a little bitter for me. I served it to the guys at work with honey butter, and it didn't last long. I will make again without using the extra port beer.

Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls
This turned out really good. I used the thin breast cutlets, so I wouldn't have to pound the chicken, it worked wonderfully. Easy to roll (start with small end), held together nicely. Tasted good! Minus one star because there is a feeling like something is missing, or it needs just a little bit more.
