Chicken Scampi II

Excellent! Made this for a dinner party, and everyone raved for days, tasted just like a restaurant! I added 3 tbsp more lemon juice and a bit of parm after putting on spaghettini

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Wow! This was my first time making peanut butter pie, and everyone loved it! It was a very hot day and a perfect ending to a perfect dinner party! The only thing I changed was I added 1/2 cup more peanut butter. (People in my family LOVE peanut buttter)
