Brown Sugar Meatloaf
My daughter and I have never been a big fan of meatloaf, I rarely make it for dinner. This meatloaf has changed that, it is the best I've ever had. It is now in our regular rotation of meals. I only made one minor change to the recipe, increasing the brown sugar and ketchup to 3/4 cup each. Thanks for the great recipe!

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake
This was a great cake, very rich though. You definately do not need icing. I sprinkled the top with powdered sugar and served it with cool whip and fresh berries.

Aussie Chicken
I made this recipe for a dinner party and everyone loved it! I did do a few things differently from the recipe. I cooked the bacon in the microwave, faster and less grease. I also cooked the chicken on my George Forman grill instead of pan frying them, they were still very moist and it took very little time to cook. I also sauted my mushrooms before assembling the chicken dish. We saved the extra honey mustard and my daughter used it to dip chicken tenders in later that week.
