Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I've never cooked tilapia before, so this was a good recipe to start out with! It was very quick to make. I used the old bay seasoning that a lot of the reviewers had recommended. The fish turned out great. My husband had 3 servings, and then took 2 servings to work the next day for lunch! :D
