Easy Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
This is a great easy recipe. I used 1 cup of sugar substitute instead of sugar (I used Ideal which is xylitol, you can probably use splenda too) it tastes great; zero calorie no aftertaste and i feel a little less guilty about the heavy cream - also used whole milk instead of 2%, but I'll try it with 2% next time. used milk chocolate and a little extra mint extract because i enjoy the extra minty taste - this recipe is definitely a keeper!
