Cream Cheese Cookie Cups
If you want to make this even quicker, I make these with snickerdoodle cookie dough, dry package (according to directions) or ready made little squares (in the frig section), then I use the Philadelpia Cheesecake in the tub (next to the cream cheese). I bake the cookie, make sure not to overbake, because they will get really hard, as soon as they come out of the oven, I use my Pampered Chef wooden tool (not sure of the name), but it makes a perfect cup shape. Sometimes I put a chocolate button (that I use for other candy, you could use chocolate chips), let that melt, then spread around, let cool. Then I use my cake decorator bag to pipe in the cream cheese mixture, then I top with drizzled chocolate, or a fresh cut up strawberry, or a cherry from canned pie filling. Keep them in the frig. (I wouldn't want to use the cheesecake tub for a whole cheesecake, but for these, it is great.) Wonderful, everyone loves these! I was surprised to see this recipe, I thought I made it up!! I call it Cheesecakes Bites. I had wanted to try the cheesecake mixture and I had the snickerdoodle cookie dough, and threw them together for a ladies group meeting. I call it my semi-homemade recipe.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies IV
This is my first time to make oatmeal cookies, but it is what my boss wanted for his birthday. I did make it into one big cookie and it tasted wonderful. Everyone in the office loved it. I did add some cinnamon and nutmeg, but it is moist and not hard at all. I won't even bother trying another recipe, I'll just stick with this one.
