Chili I

This has been my signature chili for a while, I always get tons of requests for the recipe but I try to keep it my little "secret"! The ingredient list looks intimidating but give it a try, you won't regret it!

oh Yum! I made this as a trial run before a dinner party and we ended up eating the whole bowl between just two of us!! I would recommend salty crackers to go with it!

Best Marinated Grilled Chicken

I made this for my in-laws and there was alot of uncomfortable silence at the meal. The orange zest is quite strong - my husband claims it gave him heartburn for two days. If I made it again, I would drastically reduce the zest.
