Chili I
This has been my signature chili for a while, I always get tons of requests for the recipe but I try to keep it my little "secret"! The ingredient list looks intimidating but give it a try, you won't regret it!

Salmon Spread I
oh Yum! I made this as a trial run before a dinner party and we ended up eating the whole bowl between just two of us!! I would recommend salty crackers to go with it!

Aussie Omelet
This was a perfect lazy-hungover-sunday meal! Thanks! I wasn't sure about the curry powder but it is a very nice mild flavour! Delicious!
