Pumpkin Cake II
OMG!!! This is a wonderful cake! I did change a couple of things. I used brown sugar instead of white, eggnog instead of water, 15 oz. of canned pumpkin pie mix instead of plain pumpkin, and additional cinnamon, and some nutmeg. I made a glaze with conf. sugar, and eggnog. Everyone loved it

Chocolate Lovers' Favorite Cake
This was very good, but not the best I've ever had. I was expecting it to be more dense, and less fluffy. I topped it with a dark chocolate ganache, and everyone loved it! I also used vanilla extract instead of almond. I will make this again, but maybe do a little experimenting.......

Clark's Quiche
Very Good! I left out the meat in one of them for my Vegetarian Teenager, and it was also really good. The only thing I changed is I reduced the amount of salt. Will definitely make this again!
