Peanut Butter Marshmallow Squares

Very good. Sweet and creamy. Don't add the coconut or walnuts! It would ruin them.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Very, very good. I disagree with some of the suggestions to add more sugar. These were plenty sweet enough as is. Also, if you are planning on icing them, you do not want an overly sweet cookie to begin with! My dough was a bit crumbly at first, but with a little kneading it quickly became easy to work with. Don't get discouraged and add things to hastely. I'll use this recipe for sugar cookies from now on.

Fruity Curry Chicken Salad

Very good! I sauteed the onions lightly first, only because I don't like raw onions. I substituted plain yogurt and a little lemon juice for the low fat mayo to make it a bit healthier. Delicious!

Spinach Quiche

Very good and very rich. We added some chopped ham and it was great. Won't make it too often because it is so high in kcals and fat, but definitely a keeper for special occasions!

Naan

Very good. We love naan bread but it is hit and miss when we can find it at our grocery. I tried adding the baking soda as per another suggestion and it did create some nice bubbles, but I found it made the bread a little too thick for our liking no matter how thin I rolled it out. Might try it without next time to see if it was that or just me! Still didn't last very long!

Very good. I used a bit less sugar and it was still sweet enough. I didn't let the chips cool, served them warm and it tasted a lot like warm fruit pie.

Marinated Pork Tenderloin

A definite 5 star dish..... I marinated for 2 days also included thinly sliced apples to the marinade. I recommend not using the marinate as a sauce or gravy as I found it alittle to sweet. Pan seared then baked in the marinate for 25 mins at 300

Sugar Cookie Icing

This icing held up very well, especially since I put the cookies in individual cellophane bags. The design did not smear at all. I made two batches, one with the almond flavouring and one without. Definately prefer the taste without it, but that's just my taste.

The Best Double Chocolate Chip Cookie

Yummy. I "marbled" my cookies by not completely mixing in the cocoa. Tasted great and looked neat! My bf couldn't get enough!
