Broccoli Casserole
This is fantastic and easy to make. I get requests every year for me to make this dish. The only thing I omitt is the butter. I only use enough butter to saute the onions. I also cook this for 1 hour in the oven instead of 30 to 40 minutes and I cover the top in shredded cheese.
