Squash Casserole I
My husband and I made this last thanksgiving and it was delicious! We got asked to bring it again this thanksgiving! We used seasoned stuffing mix instead of breadcrumbs.

Eggplant Parmesan I
My husband made this recipe last night- and he usually is just a so-so cook, but this was absolutly delicious!! And the recipe had very easy steps to follow!! It was terrific!

Chicken And Apple Curry
I made this last night- it was very good but I think next time I make it I am going to put more curry powder in it. Also I found out I was out of flour after I started making it- so I substituted corn starch- it thinkened quite nicely.
