Blueberry Oatmeal Coffee Cake
This is a delicious, moist cake. The only change I made was the addition of 1/2 cup of nuts to the batter and 1/4 cup of nuts to the topping. I thought the topping amount was just right for an 8 inch round pan. Thanks for a reduced fat cake that does not taste like one!

Applesauce Muffin Mix
I made these muffins and they were moist and very tasty. I used cinnamon applesauce and the full amount of cinnamon called for. The next time I make these I am going to add nuts and raisins. Thanks for a great recipe!

Jo's Rosemary Bread
This bread came out perfect, nice and light in the center with a crispy crust. I set the bread machine for a medium crust. I did reduce the salt to 1 tsp as other reviewers recommended.
