Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya
I loved how simple this recipe was however I did find it too soupy. I added a can of tomato paste about half way through cooking which helped but it still seemed very watery. That aside, it tasted great and the kids seemed to like it as well.

Southern Butternut Squash
I made up two different squash dishes this year for Thanksgiving (Canada). I made this one and then made just plain mashed squash in case no one liked this one. This recipe was devoured and no one touched the other!! Holy Cow this was good!!! I omitted the sugar completely though and it was still plenty sweet-just right. My mom says she'll never eat plain squash again. If you're considering this recipe-TRY IT!

Easy Ham and Noodles
For some reason, all four of my children loved this very simple recipe! I wasn't thrilled about it and I don't think I would serve it to guests (it didn't look real appatizing) but if the kids will eat it- it works for me! A used bow tie pasta since I didn't have the egg noodles in the house and I added some frozen peas. Very easy and a good way to use leftover ham...I would certainly make it again.
