Bacon Wrapped Dates Stuffed with Blue Cheese
Delightful! My guests all loved it! Be sure to get larger dates that will hold up when cooked. I used proscuttio instead of bacon. And I also made a reduced balsamic vinegar sauce over the top. Great combo of flavors!

Apple Maple Crumble Pie
A great fall treat! My housemates all loved it. I made this in a gluten-free variety substituing special gluten-free steel cut oats instead of oatmeal. Along with dashes of allspice and cinnamon. mmmmmm!

Creamy Rice Pudding
I can't say I'm an expert, having never made rice pudding before...but sometimes my mom would (she liked it for breakfast?!) Anyhow...made this in non-diary form using rice milk and butter substitute...turned out perfectly delicious!
