Abbey's White Chocolate Latte
I'm not a big coffee fan, but WoW! So rich and smooth. And I didn't even follow the directions to a T. I subbed Silk brand vanilla soy milk + heavy cream and Nescafe instant coffee. Yummers ;)

Garlic-Cilantro Scrambled Eggs
Whoa. So yummy!! and a tasty spin on salt & pepper-seasoned scrambled eggs. I used cilantro/parsley mix, garlic/parsley butter, and left out the milk because it doesn't agree with me (though sour cream is fine), and crema agria (mexican sour cream) + powdered parm (kind used for spaghetti). So delicious!!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I
Incredible! Just the texture/flavor I was looking for but better. I halved the recipe, subbed 1/2 mashed banana for the egg since I was out, used 1/2 c. brown sugar + 1/4 c. white sugar, and left out the cocoa powder and walnuts. Yum yum :)
