I have always had a knack for cooking, especially baking. I love to bake chocolate chip cookies and cheesecake mostly and always love to try new things.

My mother makes the best pickled eggs and peanut butter fudge (not necessarily together :). My father is a good cook too.

Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup
I've been using this recipe since 2005 because I had surgery and had to be on a liquid diet for 6 weeks. I always make one minor adjustment though. I add two cans of real lump crab meat. It gives the soup some protein and a little more of a chunky consistency and adds just the right flavor. Otherwise, I follow the recipe to a T. You won't be disappointed in this one.

Cream Cheese Pound Cake III
I have made this recipe several times and always with great compliments, but i was wondering if I wanted to make it a little lighter, what would I do?

Crazy Crust Pizza Dough
This came out great. I didn't have any yeast, so I didn't expect it to be like normal pizza dough. The edges rolled up all by themselves which made it good in holding the toppings and forming an edge. My kids loved it. The middle didn't cook as much as I would have liked it too, but otherwise it was great in a pinch.
