I am currently an insurance agent, but have always had a knack for cooking, especially baking. I love to bake chocolate chip cookies and cheesecake mostly and always love to try new things. I wish I could become a chef someday. Chocolate chip cookies, cream cheese pound cake, pumpkin cheesecake, Moroccan Lentil Soup, salsa chicken. My mother makes the best pickled eggs and peanut butter fudge (not necessarily together :). My father is a good cook too. We used to have Sunday dinner with corned beef, cabbage, potatoes and green beans. Anything I bake... Trying something new when company is coming...
