Chicken Noodle Casserole
This is excellent - tastes like chicken noodle soup in a casserole. You can change the veggies around to use what you have - broccoli, spinach, leeks, whatever.

I liked it with the curry, but you need to addd 1 tb lemon juice to make it taste great!

Corned Beef and Cabbage II
This is a great recipe and easier than boiling. I use a rack and apple juice instead of water.
