Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
I used the taco seasoning recommended and used chicken broth instead of beer. I didn't have tomato sauce so I used tomato paste and mixed with water to get a cup. I put the cilantro in at the end and topped with cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips. Super good and easy!

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
I have made this twice already in the last couple of weeks! I use italian bread crumbs and pan fry them first.
