Whole Wheat, Oatmeal, and Banana Pancakes
Fabulous! I made a batch today so my family can eat them for breakfast this week. I used 2 very ripe bananas and left out the sugar as recommended by another review. I could smell the sweetness as they were cooking.<:) I also ground 2 teaspoons of flax seed in my grinder, substituted applesauce for the oil and left out the dry milk. They cooked up light and fluffy. I got 12 YUMMY six inch pancakes. Thanks for the recipe :D
