Cranberry Hootycreeks

Love this recipe! So easy to make, both as a mix and cookies. Very versatile recipe. I substitute semi-sweet chocolate chips for the nuts and have been known to substitute raisin for the cranberries. Excellent. Thanks for sharing!

Thought that these were just ok. Not a keeper in my recipe book, but I'm glad that I tried them.

Best Ever Meatloaf with Brown Gravy

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2008
We absolutely love this recipe! I did make a few changes. I added 3/4 cup chopped onion and 3 cloves minced garlic to themeat mixture. I also used crushed ritz crackers for the bread crumbs instead because that's what I had on hand. I have made this twice now and it never lasts. Absolutely delicious. Thanks for sharing!

Sauteed Curried Corn

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2008
This was a recipe that no one in my house really cared for. We love curry, but the texture of the corn didn't mix well with the flavor of the curry. I ended up mixing the leftovers into some soup the next day. Won't be having this again.

Fabulous Wet Burritos

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2008
We really enjoyed this recipe. The first time I made this, I followed the recipe only tweaking when I felt that it needed more heat. However, we often have burritos featuring other leftover mexican food to clean out the fridge (taco filing, fajita filing, enchilada filing, etc). So now when we have burritos, I use only the sauce portion of this recipe to turn our ordinary burritos into wet burritos. Thanks for an easy and delicious recipe!

Zucchini Herb Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2008
Great recipe to use up some of the abundance of zucchini I have from the garden! Very tasty. I did tweak some of the herbs, spices and garlic to suite my tastes. Plus I added more cheese! Thanks for the recipe!

This recipe turned out to be good, but didn't have that something amazing to make it a standard in my recipe box.

Ranch Burgers

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2008
I felt that this recipe for burgers was average. The flavor didn't stand out from the beef as much as I would have liked it. I would suggest doubling the amount of ranch dressing packets added to help this out. The texture of the overall burger was very nice and it held together well. I'll stick to my old burger recipe, but it was nice to try this one.

Baked Ziti I

Thanks for a great recipe! Definitely a standard at our house. I love how versatile the jars of sauce are and that I can add pretty much any spice, herb or vegetable to this to make it my own. Thanks again!

Chili Dog Casserole II

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2008
Everyone in my house loves this recipe! I always use more chili & cheese than called for because we like them completely smothered. I also put some shredded cheese inside the tortillas with the hotdogs for an oozing effect when you cut into them. Absolutely fantastic! Thanks for a great recipe!

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

This was absolutely awesome!! I shredded the chicken instead of cutting it into cubes for a smoother looking pizza once it had been cooked. We always have this pizza when we do homemade pizzas. Thanks for an easy and delictable recipe!

Black Bean And Corn Salad II

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2008
I absolutely love this recipe! The only thing I do different is that I add in equal parts of corn and beans & add in sliced black olives. Could definitely add in leftover chopped grilled chicken or steak for an all-in-one meal! Thanks for a great recipe!

Cowboy Skillet Casserole

An absolute favorite among the guys at m house! Always requested or oohed over when mentioned. Thanks for the great recipe! The only thing I change is that I add frozen corn to the meat and beans mixture and top the cornbread with shredded cheese 5 minutes before coming out of the oven. Deliciousness!

Garlic Feta Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2008
I made this dip because I love garlic & I love feta! I enjoyed everything about this recipe. However, my roommates & my fiance didn't care for the flavor of it at all. I easily could've eaten all of this, but thought better of it. Instead I used 3/4 of the dip as a marinade for chicken breasts. Left them in the dip overnight & had my fiance grill it up for dinner. Everyone else seemed to enjoy the dip much better that way! I will make again to use as a dip for myself & a marinade for anyone else!
