Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts
My husband made these for dinner and they came out DELICIOUS!! He followed the recipe pretty much as it was written except he added some seasoned salt to the top of the chicken meat before he wrapped it with the bacon. YUMMY!!We will definitely be making this again!

Butter Snow Flakes
I really liked this recipe and it worked beautifully in my cookie press. I tweaked the recipe slightly by substituting the orange zest (because I didn't have any) with almond extract. Use the same amount that you would use for vanilla extract. It gave the cookies a very nice flavor. I will definitely be adding this recipe to my cookie arsenal!

Chicken Enchiladas I
This recipe was really delicious and super easy to fix! I took the advice of some of the reviewers and omitted the water...GOOD CALL! If the water had been in there, it would have definitely been too soupy. I also substituted enchilada sauce for taco sauce as well as used about half the tomato sauce called for in the recipe. The only other change I made was that I cubed the chicken first and then sauteed it with the onions until it was no longer pink and then followed the rest of the recipe from there. WE definitely will be making this again!!
