Chicken Enchiladas I
This recipe was really delicious and super easy to fix! I took the advice of some of the reviewers and omitted the water...GOOD CALL! If the water had been in there, it would have definitely been too soupy. I also substituted enchilada sauce for taco sauce as well as used about half the tomato sauce called for in the recipe. The only other change I made was that I cubed the chicken first and then sauteed it with the onions until it was no longer pink and then followed the rest of the recipe from there.
WE definitely will be making this again!!
