These are incredible. I'm a high school teacher and my kids and absolutely loved them, as well as my husband. Delicious! I used bittersweet chocolate instead of non-sweetened, and maple syrup instead instead of vanilla.

YUMMO- this was a wonderful dish. My husband and I loved it. We had it with spinach spaghetti which I think made the colors really beautiful. I also left out the sour cream because I had none- and it was still perfect. We are vegetarian so we used fake chicken breast cooked and then cut into chunks. So delicious, will be a favorite for years to come.

This was my first attempt at homemade pasta and it was rough! I tried everything the other raters suggested but to no avail. It was dry and flaky, so I persisted like someone said and tried to spend more time with the dough. It didn't work, so I tried the food processor with the dough attachment...a little bit of olive oil. A little better...but it was still way way too dry. I can't imagine how this recipe every has a moist dough with all that flour. I haven't given up. But guess I need to read more about it.
