These are tasty. I use About a cup of cheese and 5 strips of bacon in this instead, of the sugar and currants.

Tasty and easy to make. I added about 2 tablespoons of cheese whiz on top of the cheese. I also added about 1 cup of soda crackers and mixed it with a tablespoon of melted butter to the top at about 5 mins before it was done just to have and extra crunch to the top.

The recipe by itself is ok, but I added a lot to it. I added carrots to the onions about 10 baby carrots. I didn't use the lemon juice that was suppose to be in this. I used about a cup of macaroni and cooked it in the soup mix. I used a tin of onion soup which brought out a lot of flavor and made it taste really good. I then added a tin full of water too and added corn off the cob, that I took off with a sharp knife. And cooked the soup till everything was tender.
