I followed the directions given, although I did use a 10oz. brownie mix and baked the brownie crust for only half the time, as suggested by other reviewers. I am sorry to say that the cake was a disaster... the caramel bubbled up around the cheesecake mixture and burned, and the brownie part was hard as rock. An unfortunate disappointment, but the cheesecake part did taste good.

The flavor was good but I agree with some other reviewers that the liquid was too much, and I only used half. I will try this again.
