Brownie Caramel Cheesecake
I followed the directions given, although I did use a 10oz. brownie mix and baked the brownie crust for only half the time, as suggested by other reviewers. I am sorry to say that the cake was a disaster... the caramel bubbled up around the cheesecake mixture and burned, and the brownie part was hard as rock. An unfortunate disappointment, but the cheesecake part did taste good.
