Married with an 8 year old girl and a 4 year old boy. Both wife and I work full time, so 'involved' meals are out. It's got to be quick and have flavor! I enjoy trying new things all the time and learning from them. Lately I have been trying out some Indian flavors. Helping my Mom make the big holiday dinners for the family. Any time I look out and see people smiling while eating my cooking. I love that! Too many to count! :)
