"Your plate is my canvas!" I love cooking for and feeding my family and friends...and they love it when I do! I've been creating in the kitchen for over 18 years...cooking is my passion! everything and anything that makes my company and loved ones happy :) Every holiday my family comes together and we cook different dishes that we each enjoy cooking...love getting the kids involved too. I created my own Curry paste from scratch and it is my very own secret forever! No matter what I use it in, it is always a hit with my curry loving friends! They crave it and ask me to make it when it's been awhile... Trying to impress my hubby some 18 years ago...I made a tuna casserole one evening when we were still just dating...he turned his nose up at it and I was soooo embarrased...haha...I think I might make one for our 20th anniversary...just for a laugh! lol ;)
