I love living in San Diego, Ca. Around here you can find different edibles. I love going to markets and just look around for new cooking ideas. I like to make fruit drinks (aguas frescas) and I'm ok at cooking Mexican food. Experiment !!! Measure????...can't remember the last time I did that ;] Fish enchiladas with green sauce, picadillo with nachos and chicken-rice soup. Plan ahead and always try something different.
