Creamy Pimento Cheese
This was good as is, but I thought the cream cheese kind of overpowered everything else and it was a little thicker than I like my pimento cheese. So I decided to add a couple tablespoons of sweet pickle relish and thin it down just a bit with a little milk. After I did that it was fantastic and it still had that wonderful creamy texture. Thanks for sharing!

Frosted Cinnamon Zucchini Bars
These were okay. The flavor seemed kind of bland. I think adding some cinnamon to the batter like some other reviewers recommended would be the thing to do. The frosting is great though! Thanks!

Farmer's Market Vegetarian Quesadillas
These were good. I added some garlic powder and salt and pepper when sauteing. And some chopped fresh basil too. I baked them in the oven instead of doing them in the skillet. I just brushed some olive oil on the tortillas, turned them oil side down on a baking sheet and put some filling and cheese on one side and folded over, then stuck them in a 425 degree oven for about 5 minutes to get a little crunch out of the tortillas. Thanks for a great idea!
