Baked Potato Soup

I did make some modifications. I ommitted the hot pepper sauce. (My family wont eat spicy stuff). I had no parsley, so that was also scratched. The bacon was ground in a food processer and added to the soup when the potatoes were put in. It really gave it a nice flavor

Peach Cobbler IV

I was not impressed at all with this dish. It was edible, but that was about all. I'm accustomed to a more "southern style" that actually had real dough rather than that weird flour/sugar mixture. I wont make this again. Too much butter did not help it.

My picky kids didn't care much for this, but my wife an I loved it. Taco seasoning was added to the meat. (That seemed to be a no-brainer). The toppings were added as each person chose to do

Garlic Red Potatoes

The need to cook much longer than the recommended time. If not they will be watery. I think that putting the potatoes in the nuker for about 10 minutes will help shorten the cooking time.

Cheesy Salmon Pasta

This was a pretty bad recipe. I had my reservations, but the reviews were positive so I took a chance. My main issue was that it was really dry! I even doubled the pesto and it didn't help much.I wasn't sure what to add to give it more of a creamy consistency. Maybe Alfredo or a cheese sauce would be helpful?

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

The Sauce was really good, but this recipe was a little confusing to me. I was not real clear when to add certain ingredients after the first layer. (Ricotta Spinach) Also the spinach needs to be sauted before adding. I don't care for cooked vegetables that are crunchy or chewy. I will not use canned chicken either. My wife loved it though and took a batch to her office. Film at 11

Cheese and Broccoli Chicken Soup

This was really good but needed some tweaking. I Sauted the chicken with 2tsp of garlic. The boullion was not enough, I had double it. I'll use stock next time. I used a 16oz package of frozen broccoli chopped it in the food processor. (My wife hates the chunks) Doing so required only 20minutes simmering rather than the 45. We loved it!
