Baked Orange Roughy Italian-Style
Used Garlic and Herb bread crumbs instead and it had good flavor but was a little too rich for me, but the bf loved it. Had with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. Next time will try with the right bread crumbs and maybe less romano cheese.

Texas Sheet Cake VI
My friends frequently ask for this cake. They call it my "crack" cake because they say it is so addicting. Hazelnut or French Vanilla coffee work really well and give the cake a very nice flavor and the sour cream gives it a nice, moist texture.

Soft Sugar Cookies III
These are not sugar cookies. They came out very cakey. They did have a good flavor so after the first batch when I raelized they wouldn't be good as cookies, I baked the rest as a cake. Turned out to be a good pound cake recipe.
